Unless otherwise requested, advertisers are invoiced at the time of annual publication. Please remit invoices within 30 days of receipt. Fifteen percent agency discount is granted to recognized agencies when an invoice is paid within 30 days. Agency discounts currently apply to print ads only.
Visa/MasterCard payments accepted. 
    Advertisers canceling after the April 19, 2011 production deadline may be subject to a 5 percent cancellation fee.
